Exposed stone walls, centuries-old beams, and a solid wooden staircase all bear witness to a rich and authentic past, while the 2025 renovation has brought in light, clarity, and a modern touch. The architecture seamlessly blends historic elegance with contemporary lines. Every detail is designed to tell a story — from the generous spaces to the noble materials, the house invites you to wander and marvel at every stone.

With its 300 m², five en-suite bedrooms, and expansive living areas, Maison Avenita welcomes families, friends, and remote workers seeking greenery in a refined setting. The 30 m² kitchen, equipped with a La Cornue range and numerous high-end appliances, turns every meal into a culinary adventure.
The 50 m² living room, featuring a historic fireplace and an impressive 3.6-meter dining table, sets the scene for long conversations and unforgettable meals with family or friends. Spacious and filled with light, the bedrooms offer the comfort of a boutique hotel.
Outside, the secluded 150 m² courtyard planted with apple, fig, and olive trees, jasmine, and wisteria is a true Mediterranean haven in the heart of Île-de-France. Barbecues, al fresco dining, and quiet moments in the garden are just some of the daily pleasures the house offers its guests.
