Located in Oberlech, just a few minutes’ walk from the village center and right on the slopes, The Barn can welcome up to 14 lucky guests. ‘We wanted to create a place where you feel at home… but even better,’ say the owners, who are also behind the stunning Chalet Mimi. Mission accomplished: here, every detail exudes comfort, from the crackling fireplace to the private driver who can take you wherever you wish in Lech and Zürs.
Completed in 2023, the chalet blends tradition with modern design. Stone and reclaimed wood sit easily alongside wide windows and clean lines, giving it a fresh, contemporary edge. It stays true to its alpine spirit while opening up to the surrounding landscape. By night, the façades glow like a lantern in the mountains, and the pitched roof seems to reach toward the peaks.

In terms of décor, The Barn blends coziness with luxury. Wool, stone, and reclaimed wood come together with designer furniture and soft lighting to create a warm, inviting atmosphere that practically calls for hot chocolate.
Every space is designed to be lived in: seven bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, lounges made for long raclette evenings, a game room for lively foosball matches, and above all, a private spa with a 14-meter pool, sauna, and steam room. After a day on the slopes, it’s impossible to resist.
A service
with great attention to detail
Here, every detail is taken care of: a butler on hand 24/7, a driver with a private car, and a chef who creates tailor-made menus ranging from Austrian fondue to gourmet dinners. With twice-daily housekeeping included, the only real decision left is which slope to hit first.
And since this is Lech am Arlberg—the alpine skiing mecca—you can clip into your skis right at the door and head straight to the runs. In summer, the ski poles give way to hiking boots, leading to panoramic trails, mountain lakes, and flower-filled pastures. Between excursions, the village invites you in with exceptional dining and a lively cultural scene.
