The Villa, initially built in the 1950s, underwent a passionate and meticulous renovation by its current owners in 2022. Its modern architecture, characterized by vast picture windows and an open concrete structure, perfectly captures and embraces the breathtaking sea views.

The harmony of materials, combining exotic wood, blue stone, and waxed concrete, underlines the quest for design excellence. The old tile roof and wooden shutters retain their authentic charm, while details such as the exposed beams naturally tell the house’s story.
