A family
villa

Welcome to Villa Cicadis!

Welcome to Villa Cicadis!

Villa Cicadis, named in tribute to the iconic local cicada, draws its charm from its rich history and exceptional natural surroundings. A quintessential family home, it has been completely reimagined by its current owners, who carefully transformed every detail to create a space where you instantly feel at home.

Raw and noble materials such as solid oak, chestnut, and white polished concrete give the villa a contemporary yet welcoming ambiance. Meanwhile, the gardens—dotted with ancient olive trees, citrus trees, and fragrant lavender—firmly anchor it in Provençal tradition.

Somewhere
between Saint-Tropez and Mykonos

Spread over 250 m² and set within a sprawling 2,000 m² Mediterranean garden, Villa Cicadis is the epitome of understated luxury. The interior spaces are designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living, with large windows that flood the rooms with natural light.

Inspired by the Scorpios resort in Mykonos, the décor blends simplicity and elegance, featuring light tones and natural hues. Furniture sourced from Cabane Antique Saint-Tropez and Antik Saint-Tropez enhances the villa’s boho-chic atmosphere.

In the garden, the breathtaking turquoise pool, adorned with mother-of-pearl tiles reminiscent of a natural basin, takes center stage. Days unfold in a perfect rhythm of swimming, sunbathing, and lingering over long meals in the shaded dining area beneath a pergola draped with rustic reed screens.

Holidays
on the French Riviera

Whether you’re all about relaxation or ready to explore the region, Villa Cicadis is the perfect base. In the morning, head out to discover the medieval village of Grimaud with its cobblestone streets and Provençal market. A stroll along the Saint-Tropez harbor and a leisurely bite on a sunlit terrace offer the perfect introduction to this iconic town. In the afternoon, it’s off to the beach: Pampelonne for the scene and people-watching, or the wild coves for a more private escape.

Back at the villa, you can cool off in the pool, take a nap under the palm trees, or challenge your loved ones to a game of pétanque. For those feeling more active, there’s a fitness room and plenty of nearby activities, such as paddleboarding, sailing, or mountain biking along the cycle paths connecting the villa to Saint-Tropez. In the evening, enjoy a barbecue under the stars, with the soothing sound of cicadas in the background, bringing a perfect day to a close—ready to do it all over again the next day!
