A pearl villa in southern Salento

"The infinity pool blends seamlessly with the horizon, offering moments of peace and reflection, while the terrace jacuzzi invites you to toast at sunset beneath a sky painted in shades of red."

Welcome to Villa Perla del Sud, a contemporary gem nestled in the charming town of Salve, in southern Salento. Built in 2024, this 65 m² villa blends Mediterranean rustic charm with modern minimalism, offering an inside-out living experience where interior and exterior merge seamlessly.

Two separate bedrooms with private bathrooms accommodate up to five guests, making it perfect for couples or friends. Just three kilometers from the beaches of Pescoluse and close to the picturesque villages of Gallipoli and Salve, the villa is set in a natural haven ideal for relaxation and local exploration.

At first glance, the villa captivates with its infinity pool, seemingly merging with the azure horizon, and its rooftop jacuzzi, perfect for watching the sunset. As the owner says, ‘every detail has been designed to let you breathe the Mediterranean, without ever leaving comfort.’

Large glass windows and local materials, especially Salento stone, create a seamless flow between indoors and outdoors. Inside, the décor blends rustic charm with minimalist modernity, accented by understated elegance. Carefully selected furnishings invite relaxation, while each tastefully furnished bedroom offers precious privacy.

Among the villa’s highlights are the jacuzzi with panoramic views, the seamless indoor-outdoor effect thanks to the expansive glass windows, and its perfect integration into the surrounding landscape.

Quiet luxury
and local adventures

Beyond its beauty, Villa Perla del Sud is also fully equipped. Modern kitchen, hydromassage, barbecue, gazebo… everything is designed for a carefree stay. Children will also find their happiness with a small play area. The villa features a private pool, a Mediterranean garden scented with rosemary and sage, and a gated parking area for peace of mind.

As for the location, it’s perfectly situated to explore Salento. The fine sandy beaches of Pescoluse, known as the ‘Italian Maldives,’ are just minutes away, while Salve and Gallipoli offer historic charm and picturesque streets full of surprises.

Here, it's impossible to tire of the view.
