A pearl villa in southern Salento

"The infinity pool seems to merge with the horizon, creating moments of calm and reflection, while the terrace jacuzzi invites you to raise a glass at sunset under a sky streaked with shades of red."

Welcome to Villa Perla del Sud, a contemporary gem tucked away in the charming town of Salve, in southern Salento. Built in 2024, this 65 m² villa combines Mediterranean rustic charm with modern minimalism, offering an indoor-outdoor lifestyle where the boundaries between inside and out simply fade away.

Two separate bedrooms with private bathrooms can accommodate up to five guests, making the villa ideal for couples or friends. Just three kilometers from the beaches of Pescoluse and close to the picturesque villages of Gallipoli and Salve, it sits in a peaceful setting perfect for relaxation and discovery.

At first glance, the villa captivates with its infinity pool that seems to merge with the blue of the horizon, and its rooftop jacuzzi, the perfect spot to watch the sun set. As the owner explains, “Every detail was designed to let you feel the Mediterranean without ever leaving comfort behind.”

Large glass openings and local materials, especially Salento stone, create a natural flow between inside and out. The interior combines rustic charm with modern minimalism, enhanced by a quiet sense of elegance. Every piece has been chosen for comfort and harmony, and each bedroom offers a haven of calm and privacy.

Among the villa’s highlights are the jacuzzi with its panoramic view, the fluid connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces, and the way the architecture blends effortlessly into the surrounding landscape.

Quiet luxury
and local adventures

Beyond its beauty, Villa Perla del Sud is also fully equipped. A modern kitchen, hydromassage, barbecue, and gazebo make everything easy for a carefree stay. Children can enjoy their own small play area, while adults can relax by the private pool or in the Mediterranean garden, filled with the scent of rosemary and sage. A gated parking area adds extra peace of mind.

The location is ideal for exploring Salento. The fine sandy beaches of Pescoluse, known as the “Italian Maldives,” are just minutes away, while Salve and Gallipoli enchant visitors with their history and picturesque streets full of charm.

Here, it's impossible to tire of the view.
