Villa Santa-Giulia

Designed by Corsican architect Gilles Terrazzoni in collaboration with its owner, the Villa welcomed its first guests in 2019. This modern dwelling employs traditional techniques and premium materials. Adorned with green roof terraces and a Corsican-style façade crafted from stone and aged wood, it blends into the landscape in a unique way. In the distance, it's barely noticeable, even though it faces the sea.

The 300 m² terrace features an infinity pool, a lounge area, an outdoor dining area, and even an herb garden, where you can enjoy picking fresh herbs for your meals. An added perk includes a five-minute private pathway leading to two of the estate's secluded beaches, where you can discover tranquil, rarely-visited coves.

The Villa sprawls across an expansive 450 m², providing ample room distributed among six opulent bedrooms. These bedrooms seamlessly blend vibrant modern design elements with classic, understated materials. Among them, our personal favorite is the master suite, featuring a private balcony that offers breathtaking sea views. The four other bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, are invitations to rest and serenity. As for the sixth bedroom, it offers remarkable flexibility, easily transforming into either an office or an additional guest bedroom.

There are also some surprises in store: a gym overlooking the garden, with state-of-the-art equipment for truly exceptional fitness experience. Following your workout, unwind in the projection room, rivaling a private cinema, complete with an ultra-high-quality sound system for unforgettable movie nights. For those passionate about music, there's even a professional recording studio, making it the ideal setting for an impromptu karaoke night!
