A secluded Apulian villa nestled among olive trees

"The villa's layout is truly exceptional, with bedrooms distributed across three separate buildings. This unique design offers the perfect balance—creating wonderful moments with family or friends while ensuring everyone’s privacy."

In Puglia, halfway between Bari and Brindisi, tucked among olive trees, lies Casa Boccadoro. The villa is made up of three buildings, all unified by bright white tones and angular Mediterranean architecture. Each one has been beautifully renovated and includes a double bedroom and a private bathroom.

A spacious, fully equipped kitchen and bright living areas open onto a lush 10,000 m² garden, where native plants flourish, filling the air with their delicate fragrance. A swimming pool shaded by olive trees, a summer kitchen, a barbecue area, and a terrace set the scene for pure relaxation and long, leisurely outdoor meals. The extra touch? Thoughtful services and little details designed to make your stay even more enjoyable. Benvenuti in Puglia!

"The goal of this restoration was clear: to preserve the essence of the place and the region while incorporating contemporary elements," says Chloé, the owner. Once a simple olive grove with a trullo and a lamia used for storing the harvest, the house underwent a complete renovation in 2020. Two renowned architects from Ostuni were entrusted with the project, which took two years to complete.

Local artisans played a key role in the transformation. "We worked with regional experts skilled in handling iconic materials like the white stone of Lecce," Chloé explains. Every detail was custom-designed, from the doors to the bathroom fixtures and even the outdoor furniture.

Interiors
that open up to nature

The architecture of Casa Boccadoro stays true to Puglian tradition, with its stone walls and soft, rounded forms. Inside, the décor seamlessly blends vintage furniture with contemporary pieces.

"It’s a space that feels effortless, designed for pure relaxation," says Chloé. Large windows frame the surrounding nature like living paintings, while the showers offer breathtaking views of the olive and lemon trees. The garden—just as inviting as the interiors—was thoughtfully designed by a landscaper using only native plants. A true extension of the home, it’s the perfect spot to lounge by the pool, whip up local delicacies in the summer kitchen, or simply wander among the olive trees… The very essence of Italian slow living!
