Booking at the best rate

Just steps from the beach, the train station, and local shops, this holiday home is tucked away in the heart of Trouville—close to everything, yet far from the hustle and bustle. A refined blend of contemporary design and nods to Norman tradition. Expect luxury, tranquility, and a heated pool.

A loft-style villa in the heart of Trouville

"We created this home as a place to share timeless moments with family and friends—and we’d love for you to feel that same sense of well-being."

Le Seize is a brand-new, architect-designed home in Trouville, just a short walk from the train station, the beach, and all the best local spots. Made to host up to 12 guests, this spacious family home offers five bedrooms, including a cozy master suite and a separate studio for those who like a little extra privacy.

When it comes to amenities, everything’s top-of-the-line: a heated pool, hammam, gym, fireplace, outdoor lounge with a barbecue, and an Italian kitchen that might just inspire even the most reluctant cooks. ‘We designed this house as a reflection of who we are, pouring our hearts into every detail,’ says the owner.

A Norman-style
loft

Le Seize—named after its street number—is a modern home with clean, minimalist lines that subtly nod to traditional Norman architecture. Think slate roof, local brick, and wide picture windows that flood the space with natural light.

We weren’t after a rustic country house,” says the owner—and it shows. No creaky beams or lace doilies here. Instead, think sleek, contemporary style and a loft-like vibe that sets it apart from traditional local homes. Completed in December 2024, this brand-new house was designed from the ground up to offer something rare in the region: the comfort of a luxury hotel, with all the warmth and privacy of a family home.

The décor strikes just the right balance—elegant without ever feeling over the top. It’s minimalist yet warm, and thoughtfully curated throughout. There’s a clear Italian influence—fine wood, marble surfaces, and the stunning Sfer’ Otto Zafferano chandelier—blended beautifully with local craftsmanship, like the staircase and fireplace, both made by regional artisans. Our favorite features? Easy: the five-meter chandelier suspended above the living room, the fireplace that practically calls for a good book and a mug of hot chocolate, and of course, the Italian kitchen. Top it off with truly exceptional bedding, and you’ve got a cocoon where every detail invites you to slow down and savor the moment.

To each his own
programme

At Le Seize, your holiday can effortlessly switch between a relaxing hammam session, a refreshing dip in the pool, an aperitif in the outdoor lounge, and a core workout in the gym. But it’s also the perfect base for exploring the region: the charming town of Deauville with its horse races, Honfleur’s art galleries, the Normandy coast’s vast beaches, golf courses, horseback rides, the Franciscaines cultural center, or simply enjoying ice cream on the boardwalk.

The rituals? Sipping coffee by the fire in winter, firing up the grill in summer, grabbing a table at Les Vapeurs, picking up freshly caught fish—and then doing absolutely nothing at all, just kicking back with your feet in the water.
