Every room here has been carefully chosen, and seasoned connoisseurs of Les Maisons Fabel will recognize the cement tile headboard – an Emmanuel Cazals signature – creatively reimagined with bow tie pieces from Popham Design. Enthusiasts will appreciate the bathroom tiles by Gio Ponti and the Seletti Cupolone light fixture subtly reminiscent of the domes of grand department stores, paying homage to Deauville, also known as the "21st arrondissement of Paris."

This vertically expansive villa brims with surprising spaces and objects spread across five levels. The library boasts an impressive collection of Prix Goncourt literature and numerous comic books. An impressive vintage poster, measuring 1 meter by 1.5 meters, adorns an entire wall in the Deauville-themed decor. And, of course, the renowned indoor pool.

This heated pool, a small luxury within the house, features artisanal mosaics reminiscent of Deauville's beach cabins and Pompeian baths, accompanied by a giant octopus – the emblem of Les Maisons Fabel – custom-made by mosaic artist Garance Dupont.
