A warm and family-friendly farmhouse with a vintage touch.
This beautifully restored 19th-century property, refurbished in 2020 with utmost reverence for Provençal traditions, was a vegetable farm just two decades ago. Now, it’s a serene retreat for families looking for relaxation and fun. With 5 rooms (each with its bathroom), the entire space has been thoughtfully crafted to host up to 12 guests in the main house. There’s also an adorable tiny house, perfect for an additional two guests and equipped with child-friendly amenities. A ground-floor room is thoughtfully designed for guests with reduced mobility. Elegantly decorated, these rooms offer a cozy haven, while the communal spaces provide areas for relaxation and socializing.

A Provençal Garden
of Eden
Mas des Ecoliers is a wonderland for young adventurers. The expansive garden, thoughtfully designed play areas, various games (including costumes!), and specially organized activities make it a child’s paradise. Parents can unwind in peace, knowing their little ones are playing in a safe environment. The 3000m² outdoor space is a haven of relaxation featuring a large, heated pool during the season, a petanque court for friendly gatherings, and a summer kitchen area with a plancha, perfect for dining under the stars. Beyond its internal allure, Mas des Ecoliers is ideally located near some of the most beautiful villages in Provence. Guests can explore charming streets, delight in local delicacies at lively markets, and soak up the rich culture of this iconic region.
Marie and her husband Benjamin are the owners of Mas des Ecoliers and the adjacent farmhouse.
Directly passed down from the former farm owner, the house underwent meticulous renovations in 2020, led by local artisans and supervised by the current owners. Their vision was to preserve the Mas’s authenticity by maintaining historic elements, such as the original fireplace – now housing a stove – and the stone wall of the staircase. This careful restoration has ensured the soul and character of this Provençal property are beautifully preserved.
The owners also try to commit to an eco-friendly approach while preserving comfort. Mas des Ecoliers stands out with its unique use of raw earth, providing invaluable thermal inertia. The Tiny House embodies this eco-responsible ethos with solar panels, wood heating, mechanized dry toilets, and a small Nordic-style pool. The commitment to the environment is rounded out with eco-friendly cleaning practices and the availability of Muzzü organic toiletries in the Mas, ensuring a stay that’s as green as it is comfortable.
Playful Elegance
& Authenticity
Creating the vacation rental they would have dreamed of, the owners have given a comforting ambiance that emanates from every corner of the Mas. Infused with vintage furniture and antique objects, the decor seamlessly fusions modern and old-manufactured elements. Subtle nods to the name of the Mas are found in decorative touches: period engravings and school chairs encircling the dining table in the living room. Antiques, brimming with style and elegance, find their harmonious place in this universe. In one of the bathrooms, you can find a two-leg vintage vanity unit that exudes retro charm while seamlessly accommodating two modern sinks. The blue and wood tones marry perfectly, notably in the iridescent midnight blue zellige tiles adorning the kitchen credenza, offering a sophisticated and vibrant touch. Wood takes center stage, whether through sliding doors, exposed beams, or the imposing farmhouse tables. The authenticity of the preserved stones in the right wing of the house unfolds beautifully: the archways overlooking the pool and olive trees bring an atmosphere filled with character.
