Anne-Sophie and Clément, passionate olive oil producers at Domaine Jòlibois, fell in love with this farmhouse while it was still under renovation. Their vision was to preserve the soul of the house—local stone, wooden beams, and traditional stone floors—while introducing a layer of modern comfort. The result is a bright, welcoming home where tradition meets a refreshed, understated design aesthetic.

Each bedroom has its own personality—bold yet gentle—featuring natural materials and a colour palette that celebrates Provence without falling into lavender-soaked clichés.

At the heart of the house is the kitchen: an open space that flows into a large living area, centred around a generous island made for conversation and shared cooking over a glass of wine.

Ideally located just five minutes from Villa Poésie and right in the heart of the village of Aureille, Le Mas de l’Étoile is the perfect starting point for hiking in the Alpilles.
