The 3,400 m² park features a large swimming pool, a professional barbecue, and several terraces, perfect for relaxing and admiring the lake. Villa Orsi is more than just a holiday home; as the owner proudly puts it: "We have created a place where the Italian art of living truly comes to life—somewhere you feel at home while being immersed in the beauty of the landscape and history." Built in 1905, Villa Orsi was once the home of Angelo Orsi, owner of the renowned brush factory Spazzole Verbania. After standing unoccupied for many years, the villa was brought back to life by its current owners. In 2016-2017, an extensive renovation project was undertaken to restore the building’s historic soul while incorporating modern comforts.
The result? A place where old and new blend seamlessly. As the owner puts it, “We carefully restored the villa, preserving its original frescoes and architecture while adding modern amenities to ensure the utmost comfort for our guests.”
