Once a dull office space, the building was transformed into a joyful hideaway by the Louis Morgan agency, at the request of Grégoire and Maxime Benoit, founders of Edgar Suites. Here, comfort reigns and style lives in every room — a Paris vacation that beats any hotel stay.

Architect Louis Caspar opened up the entire space to let the light flood in. From floor to ceiling, it’s a feast for the eyes: retro ’70s wallpaper, striped tile stairs, plush velvet, textured wood, and vintage treasures worthy of a good old-fashioned treasure hunt. It’s a bold, playful mix of textures, colors, and patterns that invites you to keep exploring — one room at a time.
Each bedroom has its own vibe, its own bathroom, and its own personality. The decor nods to classic 1970s cinema — film lovers, take note. Downstairs, the spacious living room opens onto the terrace and sets the tone for everything: dinners with friends, lazy naps, spontaneous cocktails. There’s even a sauna, perfect for unwinding after a day of Parisian wandering.
