Tucked away in the charming Batignolles district, this elegant townhouse was fully renovated in 2024. With five bedrooms, a sun-drenched patio, and warm, welcoming spaces made for unwinding, it’s the perfect home base for a group getaway in Paris.
A luxury pied-à-terre in Batignolles
"The architecture is unexpected — from the outside, you’d never guess it’s actually a house."
Stepping through the door of Maison Legendre feels like uncovering a well-kept secret. Spread across several levels, the house hosts up to 12 guests in five spacious bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed — and some with their own en-suite bathrooms. The bright living room, with its large, plush sofas, is perfect for unwinding after a day at the museum, while the travertine-clad dining room sets the stage for festive dinners.
For movie lovers, there’s a cozy basement lounge — accessed through a glass panel in the floor — just waiting for popcorn-filled nights. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is ready for guests to show off their culinary skills, while the private patio is made for morning coffee or sunny apéritifs. In short, everything here is designed to blend comfort, style, and good vibes.
A Parisian
hideout

The perfect place to work from home.
In 2024, Maison Legendre got a full makeover. The goal? To turn it into a holiday home that’s as beautiful as it is practical. “We wanted a space that felt warm and functional — somewhere you’d want to unpack your bags and stay awhile,” says the owner. Safe to say: mission accomplished.
Materials were carefully chosen — marble for the standout shower, custom woodwork down to the headboards, and travertine for the statement dining table. The décor leans timeless and neutral, lifted by bold, well-placed accents. You move from a minimalist living room to a cozy cinema lounge wrapped in wood paneling. It’s modern and spacious, but never cold.
Welcome
to the Batignolles
Maison Legendre isn’t just a pretty face — it’s also the perfect launchpad for exploring a more off-the-radar side of Paris. Just around the corner is Martin Luther King Park, a breath of fresh air right in the heart of the city. Brunch lovers can head to Café Dose — the ideal stop after a pilates session at The New Me, conveniently located just across the street.
In the mood for shopping or gourmet treats? Rue Legendre is lined with local gems and specialty food shops that give the neighborhood its charm. Far from the tourist crowds, yet only two metro stops from Opéra — it’s a hidden urban haven, perfect for a getaway with friends or family.

The charming patio where you can dine under the stars.
