Built in the 1920s, this elegant townhouse combines all the charm of the past — original moldings, herringbone floors, vintage tiles, and old fireplaces — with the comforts of modern living.
Spread across four floors, it offers no less than 325 m² of space, seven bedrooms, a leafy garden, a wooden deck, an oversized living room — and even a cozy home cinema for those popcorn-filled nights.

Before heading off to Boston, the lucky owners of Maison Hugo gave their home a little makeover — some light renovations, better insulation, a few thoughtful tweaks here and there, and voilà: a refreshed beauty, ready for new adventures.
The ground floor is now the beating heart of the house, with its elegant original parquet, sun-drenched glass roof, open kitchen, and spacious living room. Head down a level and you’ll find a semi-independent space opening onto the terrace and garden — complete with a gym, TV lounge, and cozy cinema room. The perfect spot for a peaceful break.
Our personal favorite? The top-floor suite, with its private terrace, walk-in closet, full bathroom, open view… and blissful peace and quiet.

What’s great about Maison Hugo is that it’s just as perfect for a big family reunion or a getaway with friends as it is for shooting a commercial or series — or even hosting a laid-back seminar, complete with brainstorming sessions and afterwork drinks on the terrace. 'Its proximity to Paris is one of the main reasons guests choose to stay here — they can enjoy the peace and quiet of a house with a garden, while still being close to the capital.'"
If you're in the mood to explore, Paris is just 15 minutes away, La Défense is right around the corner, and down the street you’ll find the town square, with everything within arm’s reach — shops, a media library, and parks for the kids. Nearby, there’s the Île de Puteaux, the Bois de Boulogne, and plenty of little green spaces — perfect for catching your breath away from the city's hustle and bustle.
